The Mothership Process: From Vision to Reality

At Mothership Vans, we're dedicated to bringing your dream Mothership to life, whether through a custom build tailored to your exact specifications or by choosing from our selection of premium prebuilt Motherships. Here's a step-by-step guide to our comprehensive process:

Phase 1: Discovery Call

• Objective: Understand your budget, timeline, and project type, be it a Mothership signature build or a fully custom project.

• What We Do: Discuss the pricing of conversions, typically ranging from $300k to $450k, and explain the costs associated with individual equipment choices.

Phase 2: Design

• Getting Started: A design deposit is required to kick off this phase. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the final price of your Mothership.

• Design Process: Over approximately two weeks, we'll work closely with you to review options and design both the exterior and interior of your build. This includes assigning a Mothership for your project, creating detailed systems, and producing 3D renders with revisions.

• Finalizing Your Design: A Mothership Vans Design Specialist will assist you in signing all necessary documents and agreements.

Phase 3: Conversion

• Build Begins: A build deposit is due as we start the conversion process. Your project is in the hands of a Mothership Vans Lead Builder, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Phase 4: Pickup

• Quality Assurance: Before we hand over the keys, every system is rigorously tested, and your Mothership undergoes a "sea trial" to guarantee quality and performance under stress.

• Delivery: Schedule a pickup date or arrange for delivery (additional fee applies). Final payment is due upon completion of your Mothership.
